There has been considerable disruption to services although the Kilkeel and Annalong areas have had no snow on this occassion ,

Areas disrupted are :

RURAL HILLTOWN /MAYOBRIDGE collection tomorrow Friday assumes no further snow disruption and access achievable

BELFAST ROAD / LURGANAIRE as above

NEWTOWNHAMILTON RURAL sideroads are inaccessible where snow is lying .Collection Friday assumes no further snow and access improves

OLD WARRENPOINT ROAD Forest H ills not accessible . Collect Friday , assumes can be accessed.

All other areas are being collected today ,Thursday , although some areas may be collected late due to later start .Householders who have not received collection to be advised that should contact Customer Services at (028) 30313233 for update with intention that drivers will attempt to access all areas within next 24 hours dependant on road conditions,

Brown Bin collections at Mayobridge /Hilltown as were to be collected Wednesday /Thursday will not be collected until Friday 26th.
